Here at My Way NDIS services, our mission is to support people with special needs so that they are able to live their life as independently as possible while still having access to the best health and home care needs. Our number one concern is the person we are supporting. We always strive to be the best by being sensitive to each individuals family and cultural needs, being transparent, honest and committed to giving outstanding care. We want individuals who work with us to feel that they are being supported and cared for by our professional and trained staff while also feeling in control of their lives by knowing that we are here to be responsive to THEIR needs, choices and freedom.
